Shipping
All Products are manufactured on demand and dispatched directly to you. Delivery normally occurs in 5-6 working days. But during peak periods this can take longer.
Returns and Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes, an item may not quite match your expectations.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you have ordered the wrong product, colour or size.
Damaged Products and Manufacturing Errors:
While we strive for perfection, occasionally there may be hiccups. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, please don't hesitate to contact our dedicated customer support team either via the form on our site, or the live chat within 30 days of receiving your order.
In order to process a replacement we may require clear images showing the problem, and we will promptly provide you with a free replacement. If the fault is deemed to be a manufacturing issue, or an issue with the quality of the garment.
Multiple Products with the Same Design:
If you come across an issue that affects multiple products featuring the same design, we may request an additional photo or video showing all affected items visible in one frame for confirmation purposes.
