Saltfish Hoodie Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The Saltfish Hoodie Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
• Participants must visit the Saltfish website and sign up for the newsletter to be eligible for the draw.
• Participants must be UK Residents. Posted on to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland

2. Entry Period:

• The entry period for the giveaway begins on 22 November and ends on 9th December.

3. Prize:

• The prize consists of one Saltfish hoodie of any size.
• The winner will be selected randomly from the newsletter subscribers.
• The draw will take place on the 10th of December 2023.

4. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be chosen at random from the list of active newsletter subscribers.
• The winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw date.
• If the selected winner does not respond within 7days, a new winner will be chosen.

5. Prize Acceptance:

• The winner must have an active subscription to the Saltfish newsletter at the time of the draw.
• The winner agrees to provide accurate and complete contact information for prize delivery.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative item.

6. Publicity:

• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to Saltfish.

7. Data Protection:

• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of the giveaway.

8. Disqualification:

• Saltfish reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions.
